We’re delighted to announce that Reach has been named the 42nd most inclusive company in the UK, in the Inclusive Top 50 Employers list.
Cross-industry network Inclusive Companies compiles the Inclusive Top 50 with a panel of experts each year, ranking companies according to their inclusive practices including recruitment processes, training, workforce data and other initiatives.
Julie Humphreys, head of diversity and inclusion for Reach, said: “The fact that we’ve made the UK’s Inclusive Top 50 is a testament to the great progress we’ve made on the inclusion front in 2021. This is the first time that we’ve entered so 42nd is a result we’re really proud of.
“I’d like to thank everyone at Reach who has contributed to this, from our senior managers driving their inclusive action plans, our HR team who have been vital in our ‘Be Counted’ employee demographics campaign, to our employee-led networks and inclusion champions who’ve been busy running events and raising awareness of inclusion throughout the year.”
Reach’s aspiration is to create a company where all employees feel valued, respected and included for who they are and what they bring to the workplace.
